We built a new website, including e-commerce, as well as implemented, integrated, and managed the necessary backend apps (GTM, GA4, GA, FB Pixel) to ensure every event and KPI was not only measurable, but in-sync with business objectives. Copy and design were crafted with SEO in mind as were landing pages, QR Codes for offline conversions, UTM parameters, and more to generate attributable insights and boost ROAS. A fully automated online locator was designed and developed to assist customers with sourcing product. Dynamic forms were implemented to manage inbound inquires and requests with conditional redirects and handoffs. CRM’s are automatically updated. Custom feeds for both Google Merchant and Facebook / Instagram populate and synchronize online shopping experiences. Custom audiences were set-up and machine learning initiated. Channel activity is amplified. Conversions increase. Brand awareness grows.
With the backend architecture in place we leaned into designing POS collateral that would stand out and create a meaningful and memorable impact on consumers. The ability to quickly create bespoke content and or customize promotional materials is a vital means to connecting with both vendors (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Bridging this ecosystem with a specific community deepens the brand’s relationship and drives incremental business. Social media was also leveraged with similar creative as well as a focus on customer lifestyles and locations. Enjoying a Triple Bogey is a part of its customer story, and that just works. QR Codes on cans and signage created a completely new marketing channel. Can graphics and bold use of the business’ script logo deepened associative recall. Conversations changed from what to how. Launch of Half & Half Hard Lemonade & Iced Tea crushed all expectations. Bright, old, energized creative leveraged product awareness and social proof to generate curiosity.
