Keystone required a more dynamic digital presence that better summarized answers to  inquires regarding a new pre-construction project. We quickly adapted the minimal design approach of their existing Presentation Centre and early brand initiatives to create a seamless and consistent inbound experience. Analytics were put into place as were customized goals. Now they had measurable insight and KPI's were easily matched against conversions when connected to Sales. Iterations drove metrics. And metrics translated into transactions. Not that any product actually sells itself, but when you automate enough processes and accurately match interest with availability, it sort of does.
