
The Phase 1 launch of Kaneff Homes’ landmark residential condominium development required a plan to both differentiate its USP as well ensuring it was prominently positioned within a highly competitive market – we set upon the task of creating visuals that focused on the tranquil nature of the project. An elegant and comprehensive website was designed to communicate all of the tangible benefits and unique advantages while digital campaigns brought in the interest.
Automated drip campaigns, with advanced segmentation, were put in place for registrants as well as catering communications to Agents through a secured Broker portal. Integrations with a CRM connected the Sales team with interested consumers as did an online chat platform ensuring every conversation could be quickly and effectively managed from one place. POS materials, signage, and online assets were replenished. A series of targeted mini-campaigns kept interest levels high. Because after all, elevated thinking leads to elevated living.

And our digital architecture, automations, and leveraged AI (Analytics, Data Layer Tags, KPI Goals, CRM, API’s) were so well structured that they were able to manage Phase 2 in-house.
